Quinn's Construction has

What sets us apart from
other roofing contractors is the quality of materials
we use combined with the latest, most effective

details. One of our major priorities is to protect
your property during construction. Our work sites are
prepared the day we start with the arrival of
materials and a dumpster. Most of our roof jobs are
finished in one or two days, with everything cleaned
up and removed when we are done. Our job is to
leave your property weather tight and cleaner than before we came!
To protect your
investment, we strip every roof down to the bare
boards to ensure the base boards are in good shape and
do not have any moisture damage or rot. If they do, we
replace them. We add a premium, breathable roof
deck protection, which provides a critical extra layer
of protection between your shingles and your roof and
allows moisture from inside your attic to escape to
prevent structural decay, mold, and mildew.
Shingles: We use
only the best ice and water shield using a facial wrap
system. We use custom double drip edge and single drip
edge which is available in so many colors to match
just about any house trim or to add a different color
to the roof edge for a unique look. We hurricane nail
all of our shingles adding 50% more nails than
recommended to add to the wind resistance rating from
an average of 85 miles an hour to 110 miles an hour.
In all 30 year architectural GAF shingle roof installations we
use Timbertex© hip and
ridge caps versus 25 year 3 tab shingles most roofers
cut up to be caps.
Quinn helps you choose the
right shingle. There are so many different
choices depending on whether you have a small or large
area to cover, whether your roof is steep or slight
sloped, what kind of a design and color your prefer,
and naturally the warranty. Our warranty on
workmanship is a full ten years. This is in
addition to the material warranty covered by the
manufacturer. This personal guarantee is unprecedented
in the industry and we unconditionally stand behind
it.
Flat Roofs:
We only use the best materials, such as Carlisle and
GenFlex roofing systems. We always use six inch
seam tape versus three inch for double protection at
the seams. We use elastoform rubber flashing
versus the old methods of bonding glue, and uncured

Slate Roofs & Copper
Work: We always use slate that matches,
either new or high-quality used - tested for cracks
and fissures. We use 20 ounce copper versus 16
ounce for added life span.

licensed construction supervisors with no
restrictions. We are able to obtain permits for
buildings up to 35,000 cubic feet. This means if you
have any decking, structural, and carpentry work that
needs to be done, we are fully capable and
licensed to do that work apart or in conjunction
with your roof job. So, if a new dormer or roof
line change is in your plans, we can take care of it
for you. And, we do not leave your project to
start another. The completion of your project is
continuous and consistent.
